How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

When will I receive my order?

Below is a list of estimated shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our warehouses and delivered to you.
National shipment: in 2 to 5 working days approximately;
European shipment: in 6 to 10 working days approximately;
Everywhere else: in 6 to 15 working days approximately;

How many attempts of delivery can I have?

We guarantee you two attempts of delivery for your purchase. You will be notified by email on the morning of the delivery day. Please, make sure you give us all the right information: Company name – to receive at work – or last name and name of the person on the intercom – to receive it at home; phone number in case of difficulties from the courier to find you, and the correct address. If all delivery attempts fail, your package will be kept in the courier stock, and you will be contacted directly from us.

Which kinds of payment are accepted?

You have different options of payment.
Paypal: the web session will be transferred to PayPal’s secure website, where you can complete the purchase.
Bank transfer: you should complete the payment within 2 working days from the order. The bank transfer causal should indicate either the name of the purchaser, the purchased code and the order date. The transfer should be made in favor of:

If you request the invoice while placing the orders, Repainted will send it directly by e-mail, after the purchase.

Can I return my orders?

If the purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it, downloading and filling in the apposite form of the conditions of sale (here) and forwarding to:

If I just want to change the size, what do I have to do?

Write us an email at, and we will tell you how to proceed.
Just remember that the return shipment is at your expense. Whenever we are going to receive the item in perfect condition, we will send you back the new one for free.
